According to statistics, the inventory of stainless steel totaled 132,834 tons in Chinese Foshan market in early December, up by 11.13% from half month earlier.
Among them, 56,505 tons were cold rolled stainless steel products, up by 1.04%; 76,329 tons were hot rolled stainless steel, surged by 20.01%, both compared to that in the middle of November.
To specify the steel grade, the inventory of 300 series cold rolled stainless steel products was 30,943 tons, soared by 26.93%; that of 400 series cold rolled stainless steel was 11,606 tons, decreased by 34.89% and that of 200 series cold rolled stainless steel was 13,956 tons, rose by 1.71%, all compared to that in half month ago.
Meanwhile, the stock of 200 series hot rolled stainless steel totaled 11,196 tons, increased by 17.95%; that of 300 series hot rolled stainless steel was 61,642 tons, surged by 18.29% and that of 400 series hot rolled stainless steel was 3,491 tons, hiked by 20.01%, all compared to that in middle November
